convenient location near ciampino airport
shuttle service friendly staff metro access
the hotel is conveniently close to ciampino airport. a shuttle bus took us to the hotel for a good price. the staff communicated effectively before and . a free shuttle bus runs to anagnina metro station and bus 503 returns near the hotel.
the bed was quite firm (but that is a matter of personal preference).

each room includes its own balcony, offering a private outdoor space. the rooms were clean and well-kept (i especially liked this). air conditioning worked well.

taxi order breakfast selection free shuttle tough bed room cleanliness broken air conditioning
the staff booked a taxi for us (which was very helpful). breakfast had a great selection and was really good. i also found the free shuttle bus to the local metro convenient.
the bed felt really tough and uncomfortable. i also thought the room wasn't the cleanest. the air conditioning did not work, so it was very hot.
